For the last few months, I’ve been heavily reducing the amount of meat in my diet. Having been brought up on great home-grown meat from our family farm, I never really considered the quality or ethics involved in the production of what was on my plate. As I read and learn more, however, I find myself leaning towards a more vegetarian diet and going veggie for a week is proving to be an interesting venture.
