Summer Entertaining Recipes
Gluten-Free Tabouli. We contributed a gluten-free tabouli recipe to Diet.com, subbing out wheat for quinoa. We also went a touch heavier on the veggies and kept the dressing on the light side. It’s delicious.
Healthy High Fiber Recipes. We might have squealed a little when Shape.com shared our fresh spring salad with pecans, celery and grapes for plenty of crunch. Our salad provided 5 grams per serving, and our photo was the featured photo for the day.
Buffalo Drumsticks. We also squealed pretty hard when we were invited to contribute a recipe to Men’s Health! Our buffalo drumsticks provide bright pops of flavor but minimize the calories by focusing on the seasoning. Check ‘em out!
Fresh and clean gazpacho. Our gazpacho recipe, popular for five years now (wow!) was featured in a recent summer soup roundup from TapGenes.com. We make this recipe often in the summer and can’t wait to do it again this year. A little tip, it tastes better the second day.
We hope you enjoy the 4th of July weekend, and we hope these recipes and posts will give you some ideas to make it even more enjoyable.
